Hoboken Public Meeting for Playground Improvements at Maxwell Park sponsored by Apple Montessori Schools

Membeapple-montessori-maxwell-parkrs of the public are invited to attend a public meeting to discuss planned improvements to Maxwell Park, including the addition of toddler equipment adjacent to the existing playground.
The Seth Morris 9/11 Heroes Foundation and Apple Montessori Schools has donated funding for a survey and rendering for the project. If the project is approved, they will also be providing the funding for design and construction.
A family member of the owners of the Apple Montessori School in Hoboken, Lynn Morris-Piccolo, lost her husband and father of three on 9/11. She created the Seth Morris 9/11 Heroes Foundation to honor the memory of her husband and the others that perished on that day.
Seth Allan Morris was 35 years old, one of the youngest Partners at Cantor Fitzgerald. He believed strongly in giving back to the community through his tireless volunteer efforts working with youth through local athletic and recreation programs.
If the project is approved, the Seth Morris Foundation, together in partnership with Apple Montessori School, will donate the cost of installing a toddler appropriate playground as part of a public-private partnership with the City of Hoboken.
